Way2Go Property Services approached Cyan Marketing with a clear objective, generate consistent, high-quality leads through paid social advertising on Facebook and Instagram. With the client supplying the creative artwork, our focus was centred around strategy, testing, optimisation, and performance.

Rather than launching a single campaign and hoping for results, we developed a month-by-month split-testing strategy designed to identify exactly what would deliver the best return on investment. During the first phase, we launched separate adverts for each of the client’s core services, allowing us to quickly identify which service generated the highest level of interest and engagement.

Using this data, we refined the campaign further by testing variations in messaging to understand which approach produced the strongest response. Once we established the best-performing combination of service and caption, we focused on improving lead quality by refining the enquiry form to better qualify potential customers.

The results were exceptional. Over a three-month period, with a modest advertising budget of £200–£300 per month, the campaigns generated more than £40,000 worth of business for the client.
