Are these the only plans?

At Cyan, we are like a mudguard – flexible and willing to travel. Whilst the pricing options above do suit the majority of our clients, we are always ready to study your precise requirements, meet up and try to tailor a solution around you specific needs.

What support and training do you offer?

Cyan is happy to help you become self-sufficient with your email marketing campaigns, if this is your objective. All subscriber accounts and most pay-as-you-go accounts include phone support from our resident experts and we offer a range of training options. Please ask for more details.

How soon can I be up and running?

We can activate your email marketing account within an hour of you placing your order. The system offers a wide range of templates, ready for you to use, although you may require some assistance from our design team if you have something specific in mind.

Can I cancel at any time?

When you opt to pay-as-you-go (by purchasing email credits) we do not request a minimum contract term. Our subscriber accounts, on the other hand, which enable you to send an unlimited number of messages to your contact lists, require a minimum 12 month commitment.
