The Dental Works

The Dental Works is an Essex-based dental practice offering general, cosmetic and family dentistry alongside facial aesthetics in a modern, welcoming setting.

To support the launch of The Dental Works Kids, The Dental Works asked Cyan Marketing to create a suite of fun, family-friendly marketing materials. The designs needed to appeal to local children and parents while remaining consistent with the established parent brand.

To create a welcoming identity for The Dental Works Kids, we used the new logo’s colourful ink-splash details throughout the campaign. Friendly typography and upbeat imagery of children helped the materials feel approachable and family-focused, rather than clinical or intimidating.

We also recognised that dental appointments can feel daunting for patients of any age. Information was therefore presented clearly and reassuringly, with the team’s experience and commitment to patient safety given prominence.

We produced a coordinated range of print and digital materials, each designed for a specific role in introducing the new children’s service and its treatments.
Meet-the-dentist leaflets featured photographs and personal quotes from the clinicians, helping children and parents become familiar with the people they would see before arriving at the practice.

Advertisements for local publications and schools helped raise awareness among families and encouraged parents to learn more about the service.
Digital graphics for the practice’s in-house displays gave existing patients and visitors clear, concise information about The Dental Works Kids.

Service information sheets explained the available treatments in clear, accessible formats, making it easier for parents and referral partners to understand the options.
Together, the materials established a consistent visual identity across every touchpoint. The result was a distinctive and reassuring campaign that gave the new children’s service a welcoming presence while helping families understand the team, treatments and support available.
